This course is designed for finance professionals who already use AI tools and want to move from occasional use to confident, consistent daily practice with Microsoft Copilot. Participants will sharpen their prompting skills and apply Copilot directly to real finance tasks, including data reconciliation, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. The day is highly interactive, built around live exercises using realistic finance datasets. All exercises follow two parallel workflows: one for Copilot Chat (Basic, included with Microsoft 365) and one for Microsoft 365 Copilot (Premium, paid license), so every participant works with the license they already have.

Agents allow teams to answer knowledge questions and support document processes in a controlled way. This two-day course covers Agent Builder on day 1 and Copilot Studio with approval steps and test cases on day 2. Participants leave with a tested knowledge agent and a draft for a Studio agent.
